Parents and guardians can contact Wen Cao at firmtsao@gmail.com. Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment card information, or personal information about a child.

Subscriptions and free trials

Full gameplay requires an active subscription. Monthly and yearly plans provide the same access to free building, guided models, challenges, and the local creation shelf while subscribed. Eligible Apple Accounts can receive a 7-day introductory free trial after confirming a subscription with Apple. Trial eligibility and localized prices are shown before purchase; a trial is not guaranteed for every account.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before renewal. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or use Manage Subscription in the parent area.

Restore purchases

Use the same Apple Account that purchased the subscription. Open the parent area, complete the number challenge, open Membership, and choose Restore Purchases. This restores eligible subscription access, not saved creations.

Saved creations

Creations and progress are stored on your device. We do not operate a cloud synchronization service. Removing the app may remove its local data; purchase restoration does not recover deleted creations. Subscription expiration does not intentionally delete saved work.

Sound and connection problems

Check the game’s speaker control, device volume, and silent mode. An internet connection is needed to load subscription offers, make or restore purchases, and access these support pages. If purchase information cannot load, check connectivity and try Refresh Status.

Refunds

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem. We cannot access your payment card or issue an App Store refund directly.
