Privacy policy

Effective October 8, 2026. This policy covers Bear’s Tile Workshop (小熊磁片工坊), provided by Wen Cao, and this support website.

Information in the app

The app does not require a developer account. Creations, progress, settings, and work names are saved locally on the device. We do not receive those creations or names. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, social messaging, or a public sharing service.

Bear voice and device permissions

The bear uses prerecorded audio included with the app. It does not listen to or record the microphone, and it does not send a child’s voice to an AI service. Gameplay does not request camera, contacts, or location access.

Apple subscriptions

Apple processes purchases. The app uses Apple StoreKit to verify subscription status and eligibility, including product identifiers, expiration, renewal status, and transaction information. This is used on the device to provide access. We do not operate a subscription-account server and do not receive your payment card details. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.

Support email

If an adult emails us, we receive the email address and message contents through our email provider, Google. We use them to answer the request and resolve the issue, retain them only as needed for support or legal obligations, and do not use them for advertising. Please do not include children’s names, photos, recordings, or other unnecessary personal information.

This website

This site is hosted by Railway. Opening it sends ordinary network request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure for delivery and security. The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, or run third-party analytics scripts. Railway and network providers may process technical logs under their own policies.

Children’s privacy

The game is designed for children with parental supervision. Purchases and external links are placed behind a parental gate. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address and delete it as appropriate. A parental gate is not consent to collect a child’s data.

Your choices and requests

You can delete individual saved creations within the game; uninstalling the app removes local app data, subject to device backups managed by you and your platform provider. Contact firmtsao@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of support correspondence. Manage Apple purchase information through Apple. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
